Olawale Fapohunda

Olawale Fapohunda is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) with extensive experience in legal advisory services, gained through his engagement with several of Nigeria’s leading commercial and litigation law firms. He obtained his LL.B. (Hons.) degree, graduating with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Lagos, where he distinguished himself as one of the top-performing students in his class and received multiple academic awards. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar upon successfully completing the requisite professional examinations.

Throughout his career, Wale has been involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular expertise in financial services, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions. Despite his extensive commercial practice experience, litigation and dispute resolution remain his principal areas of specialisation.
