Olawale Fapohunda

Wale brings extensive experience in legal advisory services, having worked with several leading commercial and litigation law firms in Nigeria. He earned his LL.B (Hons) with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Lagos, graduating as one of the top students in his class and receiving multiple academic awards. He was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after successfully completing the qualifying examinations.

Over the years, Wale has played a pivotal role in a wide array of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular focus on Financial Services, Private Equity, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Notwithstanding his versatility, litigation remains his core area of expertise. His unwavering commitment to justice and consistent pursuit of excellence have earned him the nickname “Ace Litigator” among clients.

Wale has left a significant imprint on Nigeria’s judicial landscape. With a remarkable record of successes across the High Courts, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, he is widely regarded as a formidable advocate. He currently oversees the firm’s operations and leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice.
