Emmanuella Fapohunda

Emmanuella is a skilled corporate and commercial lawyer with over a decade of experience spanning legal advisory, company secretarial services, and the financial services sector.
She obtained her LL.B from Benson Idahosa University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012 after completing her B.L at the Nigerian Law School. Emmanuella began her legal career as in-house counsel at Kaletu Holdings Limited, where she developed a strong interest in corporate law and regulatory compliance.
Before joining the firm in 2018, she worked at Trustfund Pensions Plc, holding key roles in business development and retirement benefits administration. Her experience in the pension industry equipped her with a deep understanding of client relations, compliance frameworks, and institutional operations.
At the firm, Emmanuella provides end-to-end support in corporate and commercial law, and plays an active role in the firm’s real estate practice. Emmauella is known for her attention to detail, client-focused approach, and ability to deliver practical legal solutions across diverse sectors.
