Samson Okeh is an Associate at E&O Legal with requisite experience in property law practice, commercial law, Labour & Employment law, Arbitral matters, matrimonial causes matters and criminal litigation.
His experience includes;
1. Rendering advisory services to the client
2. Representing client in prosecution or defending his matter in court.
3. perfection of title to a property at lands bureau.
4. participating in conducting ADR sections with clients with a view to having their matter settled amicably out of court.
5. Debt recovery matters
6. Reviewing contracts for clients .
7. Criminal litigation.
